Woke up at my regular time today and with my new schedule I don't have to leave for work until 9! Which is a good thing because I really had to talk myself into getting started on my walk. I'm a big wimp when it comes to cold and it's 40 degrees outside! Brr! Can't wait until I get a treadmill! Once I got going with my dog Sugar it was pretty good until the last stretch of our route- uphill for the last quarter mile. But with a little help from Sugar pulling me up, we did the 1.34 miles in 30 minutes! Not bad for a first day! Finished my 10 minute workout video and now to work on abs for a few reps. Then for breakfast- weight watchers whole wheat french toast! (If I don't burn it that is!)
