Everybody's in to resolutions or these big year-long goals. I'm like, this new year is just a change in the day! So I'm not doing year goals. I'm not making any major life changes. I'm just going to get back to my monthly, weekly goals.
So, January 2013 Goals:
- Earn over 2,500 Spark Points.
- Track nutrition every day, even if it is just estimates!
- Go to the gym at least 10 times for at least an hour each (30 cardio, 30 strength)
- Get down to 123.4 lbs (yes, the number is more for fun :P Any 123.something works too)
- Start my yoga again- 10 min a day, 5 days a week.
