Two years ago I lost almost 40 lbs. I successfully kept it off for over a year but over the holidays I have gained 7 lbs back. So now I am on a mission to get back to my goal weight. My plan:
1. Walk at least 20 minutes daily
2. Join the fitness bootcamp at work, 2 days a week
3. Drink 8 glasses of water a day
4. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies daily
5. Limit baked goods, candy and cut out all sugary drinks
6. No more than 1 glass of wine
7. Go to bed early to get plenty of slee
8. Get up early to exercise before work
9. Track on SP daily
10. Schedule at least 10 minutes of ME time daily
It's a new year, a new ME and a new opportunity to live a healthy lifestyle.
