I did good yesterday with my exercising eating and cheerfulness.
I did a 1 mile brisk walk, I made my 10,000 steps and I did my yoga and the 20 minute core exercise that goes with it.
My friend Paula stopped for a few minutes and my son and his girl stopped later in the evening.
I even spent some time with Bella.
We had a Good day.
