Days 1 and 2 of Jumpstart Challenge

Day 1: I did all the exercises using the suggested options and loved it.
Day2: I am not able to do floor exercises it is far to painful for me so rather than do nothing I did lunges and other lower body exercises.
So I am pleased with myself.
Later on I will be doing these as well as part of my exercise plan.
