I have a friend at work who weighs me. He was weighing me since before I started going to my new personal trainer. I have lost a few lbs since he weighed me last but I am not counting that on my ticker on here. Only my trainer's results. I love that I have two people to be accountable to as well as two people to see results. Tonight, at work, I did not bring anything to eat with me. I need to work on that. I need to bring fruits and veggies to snack on instead of eating fast food stuff. Tonight, because I did not have anything with me, I ended up giving in to having Taco Bell because there were no other options. It was good and I do feel satisfied, but I could have been more prepared. I also know my tendency to not want what I bring as soon as I know they are ordering out and that stuff sounds so much better than what I brought. This is a total life change all the way around. I have to stop giving myself permission to do what my body wants. I need to be it's master.

    Planning my meals is my January goal too! We have a cafeteria at work and their food really isn't too bad, but I can guarantee that the food I bring from home tastes better than anything they make!
