So I just made the trek back into weight loss... I started everything off on November 20th, weighing in at 235 lbs. This is the heaviest I've ever been in my life.
I quit smoking (again) on September 30th, and just celebrated 3 months smoke free! I'm feeling great, but I noticed that instead of having cravings for a cigarette, I would go on rage benders. It's terrible. I needed a release of energy...
So I talked to a friend who lost a significant amount of weight this last year. He said he was doing the Paleo diet. I figured, "what the hell." So here I am on January 1/2, weighing in at 220 lbs! First goal achieved!!!
I'm so excited to finally see progress from just dieting alone!
I really want to be able to run someday, but I'm afraid to start much of anything, having all this extra weight on my body. So here we go. First 15 lbs down!
I really hope the weather warms up sometime soon...
