Today was a day off, which I think is always hardest for me. I do better at work, although I overeat after work when I don't prepare well for the day. I did fine with food, but I ate too much at lunch. I haven't even had dinner and I'm starving. I'm pretty sure lunch went overboard because it was super tasty rather than because of hunger. Portion control is not something I have a handle on.
Husband came home and we had dinner - I had something different because of my calories. Must watch those calories. Although, I feel much better when I don't eat a lot at night...although sometimes when I'm left with the feeling of wanting more, I end up snacking.
Took the dogs for a walk today on the trails by the river. Tomorrow I'll go again but will wear more appropriate shoes - I had to turn back early because of the mud and only walked 1.7 miles...could have gone closer to 5 miles, if not more, so that's the plan for tomorrow.
Tomorrow we'll have a nice dinner since its our day off together. Probably a roast. Breakfast needs to be eggs and tea, lunch maybe tuna. If I get in that long walk, the nice dinner will feel much better :)
