Goals for 2013

Well here I am 10 months into this phase of my journey. Time to set some goals for 2013.
Continue working on eating healthy. I will add at least 1 extra serving of fruit or vegetable every day. Right now at 5-6 servings a day.
Walk at least 500 miles. Will keep track with my new FitBit.
Follow up with the doctor in April for check on Blood Pressure and Cholesterol.
Clean my crap room downstairs (the one that you hide everything in so no one sees it when you have visitors) and organize it into my Craft room finally.
Remain smoke free for the year. November 12th will be 1 full year smoke free.
Will give follow reports each month.
