So I am starting over again (like 100th time I think). It was nice to see a change in myself during my weight loss chunk last time. I took time off for the holidays, and did not end up gaining anything. I have been hovering around 245 now for about 2 months. I would really, really like to get under 200 this year.
I made this dream board this week, to use as my desktop background. It has different dreams of mine on it, thing I want to work towards this year. I really need to get my GED done and over with. I am going to up the collage tomorrow to get my books and set up my aid and stuff. Classes start monday, so I will have distractions.
I had forgotten how much the first few days of cutting back my food intake SUCKED. Im always hungry, and it seems like everything has to do with food. I need to find my water bottles and start drinking more water. The kids have run around with them and they are probably under the bed somewhere.
