Day one mind spew

So I am starting over again (like 100th time I think). It was nice to see a change in myself during my weight loss chunk last time. I took time off for the holidays, and did not end up gaining anything. I have been hovering around 245 now for about 2 months. I would really, really like to get under 200 this year.



I made this dream board this week, to use as my desktop background. It has different dreams of mine on it, thing I want to work towards this year. I really need to get my GED done and over with. I am going to up the collage tomorrow to get my books and set up my aid and stuff. Classes start monday, so I will have distractions.

I had forgotten how much the first few days of cutting back my food intake SUCKED. Im always hungry, and it seems like everything has to do with food. I need to find my water bottles and start drinking more water. The kids have run around with them and they are probably under the bed somewhere.

    I like your dream board. I like to call them Vision Maps because it's a way to see what you want to accomplish in the future. It is too bad that you are hungry all the time. Could you eat carrots, apples or something low cal to keep this from happening? I use the nutrition tracker, with 3 meals and one or two snacks and I'm not hungry very often. I don't usually fix the food they list, but I usually keep my calories in line with what they suggest. Your plans for this year are really good and you are off to a great start. Keep up the good work - emoticon !
