On to 2013!
Long term Goal:
1-loss the weight I put back on. New weight= 158 Old weight= 138 Total to loose= 20 pounds!

2.- Short term Goals: Jan1- Jan31
a.- No computer time before 15 min house work (declutterling!)
b. No computer time before 15 min bible study (in His Word)
c. limit FACEBOOK time to 4- 15 min sessions a day. 1 hour total daily.
d. Call my Mother no LESS than once a week!
e. Seriously work on my short fuse. (hopefully b. will help with this!)
f. Track daily!
g. 21 day Daniel Fast starting Jan 6- thru Jan. 27th!
g. stay in proper Calorie, protein, fiber, water, soduim, and sleep ranges! shoeiE! That's enough!

All goals met for that day: Tub bath w/ candles and smelly stuff!
All goals met for that week: pedicure

Short term Goals met week 2:
All goals met for that day:Pick up a comedy to watch!
All goals met for that week: Get some sort of work out attire that is badly needed!

Short term Goals met week 3:
All goals met for that day: Have Hubbie give me a massage!
All goals met for that week: Get a hair cut

Short term Goals met week 4:
All goals met for that day: Have Hubbie give me a massage!
All goals met for that week: A dinner out w/ Hubbie when not fasting!

Short term Goals met week 5:
All goals met for that day: Any of the above, earned or not earned prior.
All goals met for that week: Any of the above, earned or not earned prior.
