The "Master Plan" for 2013


Wednesday, January 02, 2013

1. Read a Bible scripture 4x/ week.
2. Drink 8 glasses of water/ day.
3. Reach fiber goal 3 days/ week.
4. Take deep breaths when I feel violent. (Did I mention stupid people get under my skin?)
5. Save enough by November 2013 for an Alaskan Anniversary cruise.

I know with support from my Sparkfriends and I, success is inevitable!

    Excellent goals. They say goals should be attainable but challenging. That way you can benefit from the effort it takes and feel success at the same time.
