Day 1 - Fitness Goals Met

I found a plank a day challenge on Facebook. My first time was 1:12.

I also met my 10k steps goal today and completed workout 5 of 36 this afternoon.

I tried to feed a headache today. Surprisingly, it didn't work.

I'm back to work tomorrow. I plan to be up early to complete workout 6. Then I'm off to the office, which requires a bit of food planning. I bought fruit this weekend that's already being neglected. Time to remedy that.

Make tomorrow count, and so will I!
