So like the little train that could, I think I can. This journey has been long, tuff, rewarding, and full of ups & downs. But the important part is I am still trying (some days harder than others). I do not think I am going to make my goal weight by the date I set for myself last year, but life happens and we adjust. The important part is that I will make it (at some point) , I will stay on this journey, and I will be a healthier me in Twenty Thirteen! If you give yourself a date to "complete your weight loss" you are setting yourself up for disappointment. Bodies are all different and there is no way to calculate in advance how it will work for you, but if you live One Day At A Time, you WILL get there!! 1664 days ago
