It has been a year since a wrote a blog. I am back here because I need to get healthy again.
2011 was one of the hardest years in my 55 years. Divorce, Bankruptcy, lost my Mom and Business. Through all this I was able to keep my weight maintained.
Life changed for me - I moved from where I had lived for 25 years. I started a new life and met someone wonderful. We dated for 5 months and Married in March. Both of us are doing our 2nd marriage.
I guess falling in love is hard on the waistline. Well mine has expanded - alot less exercising and food choices not very good - equals some pounds gained. Around 30 for me.
I know what to do! starting in January - Going to get back on track! I have done better in December - no weight gain - Going to Join BL Challenge!
I thought I would write down some goals for 2013 and goals for January.
I really want to get back to running so My first goal is to run a Half Marathon by June 30, 2013 and working out 4 times at the gym per week.
I know I can do this - I lost 100 pounds before and that was hard, but I have the knowledge.
Other goals are to start Journaling my food.. So in Summary
Goals for 2013
1. Half Marathon completed by June 30, 2012
2. Work out 4 times per week
3. Journal my food at least 5/7 times per week
4. 600 miles run by December 31, 2013
Goals for January
1. Run 45 miles
2. Journal food at least 20 times
3 Drink more Water
4. Work out 4 times per week.
I look foward to getting back in shape!
