2013 a brand new year!! Resolutions?

Starting fresh is always fun and exciting!! We start a new day everyday! A new week every week a new month every month and a new year every year!! I've been with spark people 3.5 years hard to believe!! First 2 years wasn't as serious!! Year 3 was very serious and I guess you can say I've been coasting the last 6 months! I am determined to reach my goal in 2013 and I can't do that coasting!! I've made a step in the right direction by joining a gym! Just have to stay on my healthy eating plan and have less splurges!! my hardest time is night time but I have to get it under control!!

Goals for 2013
Gym 5 days a week min 1 hr day min
Healthy eating
Saving for "special"
Reading daily in bible
Making "me time" and "family time"
Stay away from fast food!!
Try something new each month!
Blog more!! Update each week summarize monthly!!
Focus on business!!



Take control emoticon make 2013 the best year!! I can do this!! Good luck to all my spark friends I know you'll will reach your goals too!!
