It's the first 200 and it's done!

Day 1 of Push activity has been accomplished. I got in my 200 squats. For this week, I've decided that I might also include weights to push my activity even more. With this is mind, I have added 5# weights whereas I am doing the squats along with adding arm curls. I think this double-trouble routine my help me see better results at the end of January.
My eating is in control as I had a high carb breakfast of oatmeal, egg whites, and tea. Lunch included a vanilla protein shake. Dinner included another protein shake with a green salad and one snack that included a vanilla cinnamon protein shake. I've taken a multi-vitamin along with vitamin C and D supplements, and omega 3 fish oil.
I'm feeling great today and I look forward to feeling even better by the end of seven days!
