I noticed you kept focusing on what you could not do or should have done. Try to focus on what you are doing , it helps with my motivation. even if it is a small success speak it. I find that this makes me want to continue my plans much better and the positives really bring on more success.
Yes tracking is so important....I HATE doing it, it takes a lot of time for me, its a pain in the butt. BUT when I just eyeball things and count in my head and estimate my calories....I am off by sometimes 500! I think our brains automatically downsize what we are actually eating lol Its great that you did the stretching, you know you need to work on it and now you will! I agree with doing the yoga video on the computer instead of the tv that way you can it in your room or something. You will get to that little blue dress and beyond!!! Good job on getting in the water it was def difficult for me today. 4lbs a month sounds like a good goal for losing.
That dress is your goal, so just work towards it! I know you can do it.. lbs in a month? Come on, I know you can do better then that (am I pushing you?)? :) I plan on being on you too sweets :) Today is day 2, before we know it, it will be a month gone by.. Seems as we get older, time goes a lot fast then. So with this challenge ahead, time going by will be awesome lol..
