I've been working with a health coach for a couple of months now and have made changes in what and how I'm eating, but I really need to get moving - need to exercise and am having trouble working it in to my schedule. I'm trying to learn how to focus on the positive, on the progress, rather than letting the setbacks and failures dominate my thoughts. I'm looking forward to being part of the SP community and I think there are some great tools and definitely a great community that will help me reach my goals.
