Hey everyone!
I'm just getting used to this new website for my nutrition school and posted this blog there. I thought my SP friends would be interested in reading even though it's very similar to the feature SP did on me a couple of months ago. Disregard the plug for my services if you're not interested - just a fun read.

    Honestly that is what it boils down to....you have to want it and be willing to make the changes to accomplish it. That is why I love SP because they don't push their site as a diet site rather it is lifestyle change site, offering so many resources on how to accomplish this and, most importantly, how to maintain it!

You might want to edit the link to put in the last forward slash in the end, for people who don't know to add it. I couldn't get to it until I did that.

    I'm also a WW "dropout". I find the whole points system rather puzzling; if you're going to track your food, why not know the real nutritional values (calories, fat content, carbs, protein. etc)?

    Great story, Chris! I didn't know about the WW zero points thing. Since I love fruits and veggies, I probably would have gotten stuck, too. Glad you have made such GREAT progress!
