Good health day today. Working on staying on track with my goals:
I did Day one of my minimum of at least 300 days of fitness. I had 30 minutes of a Turbo Fire DVD, and 10 minutes of stretching.
I accomplished my first day of 10 burpees a day for the year.
I did read my day one of my Joel Osteen book on 31 days of Declarations. I also spent time praying about my health and other things in my life.
I met my goal off at least 8 cups of water and tracked that on SP. Been a long time since I tracked that.
I tracked the majority of my food. My best meal of the day was at the Whole Foods organic salad bar. I had 9 different fruits and about 20 different veggies. I tried Golden Beets for the first time. Yummy the way they were roasted.
I spent a little more time reading through another issue of Clean Eating and writing some meal ideas into my calendar. I also went to the store and bought some items I need to try some new recipes.
I've got a physical with my doctor tomorrow. I think this may be the first time in over a year that I've seen her where I've actually gained weight. Glad that I've got a plan and am getting myself back on track. The year of dealing with my husband's cancer was obviously difficult for me.
I have reviewed my plan for tomorrow and made modifications as necessary to accommodate my doctor's appointment. I've got all the food I need to stay on track.
I spent some time on two of my team message boards today to stay connected. Jumpstart January Challenge and Twilight Challenge Team.
Almost 3 1/2 years into SP and I still love it here. Glad to be back on track and feeling better already.
