Well, I didn't do that well over the holidays when it came to my food choices and portion sizes everyday. I did have some good days, though, and something interesting I have discovered is that I really love the way my body feels when I eat light. It's a clean, healthy feeling, whereas over the holidays, when I overindulged, I felt bloated/puffy even in my face, and generally lacked energy as well as feeling that I was wandering around in a fog. It's great that I have actually been able to stay with my meal and exercise plan for long enough that I can see the difference that healthy choices makes not only to my weight, but my overall feeling of well-being. I'm really looking forward to reaching my goal this year!
