Happy New Year!

I'm so used to having "Lose weight" on my Resolutions list, it's scary to not have it. I feel like that's such a negetive thing- focuses on the bad, the fact that you have too much weight. So I changed it to something positive. "Fit into that bikini", maybe? "Run a marathon"? "Look good naked"? Sounds much better. Same point, different wording, better attitude.

Here's to making 2013 bigger (or, smaller, I guess) and better!
