Beginning the journey

This is New Years Day. I spent last night with my hubby watching tv. No drinking or partys. We did make it til after midnight though. I spent today trying to make a grocery list, with more healthy food on it. I also walked on the treadmill. My goal it to try to walk on the treadmill every day for the next year. I didn't really feel good today, fibro and arthritis acting up, but I made myself walk for 10 minutes. Tomorrow I will do better. I am determined to do this and not give up this time. I will be checking in on sp everyday too. We have a lot of snow here, and it is so cold. I have been in the house for over a week. I am going to town thursday and start buying healther food. So until tomorrow... If anyone has any suggestions on what I can eat, that would be helpful.
