It has been over a month since I blogged. I basically hit the wall right after my 100 Day Challenge. Many days I barely got through the day. I was exhausted, but I still had a lot to do to get ready for Christmas. Exercise and logging basically went out the window. I did log onto SP and kept my streak going, but I didn't do as much as I used to. Unfortunately, and I am embarrassed to this, I ended up gaining and am only 2 pounds away from my heaviest weight.
I have been reading a couple of books: "The Core Balance Diet" and "Are You Tired and Wired?" both are written by Marcelle Pick. She has a website ...
Both books deal when hormonal imbalance. The symptoms listed are so much like what I have been experiencing. I think I might have some adrenal fatigue. I am going to follow her advice and try to get back on track.
I am ready to start anew and lose what I gained and more. My big goal for this year is to reach Onederland!
I am going to keep things simple right now...
1) Blog -- this was good for me to keep me accountable
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes. (I used to do up to 120 min, but one of the things I learned from the book plus some articles on SP, that I might have been pushing things)
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day...I know this is something I struggle with and something I need to do. Keep me accountable!!!
