I am not making a huge list of goals right now. I am going to try and achieve these and they will help me to achieve more (hopefully):
1. Drink more water. I had been doing this but have slacked...
2. Do at least 30 min of some form of exercise each day. I have dvd's and will walk or use my mom's treadmill.
3. Cook most meals at home. This will let me eliminate alot of processed foods.
4. Try more fruits and veggies.
5.Pack my lunch for work.
6.Keep sparkin for my motivation. You guys have really given me awesome support!
7. Work on finding a new job or 2nd job to better help my family.
8. Work on my spirituality and faith. Always had it but I want to go deeper with it.
