I'm now on Day 5 of my new lifestyle, and still going strong! This is feeling really good. I'm focussing on nourishing my body in a nutritios way (well, on the whole, anyway -- reducing wine still needs a bit of work), and I feel great after my workouts. I've got my organic oatmeal packets ready to take to work for breakfasts, and am going to make extra chicken-vegetable stirfry tonight to take for lunch tomorrow.
As I asked in the title to this blog .... Is this me??? Lol. I guess it's the new me!
