Ok, so I know it's cliche to say i'm going to start a weight loss plan starting the first of the year. I've join the band wagon among 50,000 other people in the world today. But I don't care. I'm going to stick with it, 60lb in 1 year. Today I'm mapping out my workout plan and videos, along with meals and snacks. I started the 12 step program to cutting soda. I'm not the type of addict that needs a soda first thing in the morning, but I do need one every day. As I'm typing this I"m drinking a Pepsi Max...hey, at least it's less sugar then the regular
I started at 215 last year Feb, and now I'm 199.
The lowest I've been was 192. I think I just got bored with the workout plan, tired of the food and wanted to just BE.
