A good start to the new year.

The gym was closed today, but I put on my workout clothes & walked 30 minutes on the treadmill. I usually put it off & then don't get a workout on days I don't go to Curves. I'm off to a good start this year. I over indulged over the holidays but I'm back on track & my goal is to get down to 173 this month.
