First Day of the New Year, 2013

Today is the first day of the new year and a new opportunity to grow stronger and more focused on goals for good living, losing weight, becoming more disciplined, focused and productive in all areas of my life.

I plan to exercise my body and mind; to learn at least one new thing, e.g. Sewing, a language, or improving my writing skill by taking a college writing course. I intend to learn how to better manage my time. I am not sure about this last goal, it I will seek out help on how to do it, ; and how to be better organized in all that I do.
