2013 Goals

Happy New Year!

This year, I will track all my food on every work day. I already have most of tomorrow's food tracked!

    I love pre-tracking! Easier than figuring it out as I go along, and like a mini-challenge... YOU CAN DO IT!!

    Great plan. Tracking is so,much work, but definitely helpful for,knowing how you are fueling your body

  Hey you made a plan! Awesome! Did you decide whether you needed strict calorie limits, or tracking first then deciding? Oh, and I liked my original plan too and intend to aim high for all those goals... We shall see! It's nice to have a 'good enough' bar though, yes? I hate failing, but want to challenge myself too.. It's a hard balance.

    I've found tracking really keeps me on track. Kind of a pain, but it does the job.
