Today's spark coach video was all about finding the "25th hour" in the day to fit in my healthy lifestyle. I can already think of a few time wasters. One episode of television may be fine, but we sometimes watch 3 after work. I usually spend about 20 minutes online in the mornings before work and accomplish nothing except for filling my head with useless status updates. I'm going to work on cutting the screen time down and watch out for other time wasters. Wish me luck!
