I've spent way too much time away from SparkPeople and gained too many pounds and inches! I am starting back tracking my food and starting back going to the gym.
I want to get that good feeling back that I had when I had lost 25 pounds. I felt so confident that I even set a new goal!
We stopped going to the gym when my husband fell and broke his shoulder in March. We plan to start back tomorrow.
I'm eager to see if I can lose that 20 pounds for good!
