Ok, here's the rundown. I started out at 263 in August 2009. I lost about 50 lbs by Dec 2010. Then I gained 25 back. In 2011, I lost that 25 plus 38 lbs. In 2012 I gained 50 lbs then lost 20 of them.
It's been a bumpy ride. In 2013, I plan to lose the other 30 lbs i lost plus at least 12 to make it to my 100 lb weight loss goal. I plan to exercise at least 5 times per week for at least 30 minutes, drink at least 8 cups of water every day, eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veg per day, strength train at least 3 times per week, and not let ANYTHING or ANYONE derail me.
I'm gonna allow myself a little leeway. I'm gonna have a treat once in a while, take a day off from exercise if I'm too busy or stressed, take a little ME time... and not feel guilty about it (or at least I'm gonna try not to feel too guilty about it). And I'm not gonna give up. So what if I gain a pound or two. It comes off ALMOST as easy as it goes on.
