The holidays are over and I can breathe now! I was able to lose 2 pounds over the past month (not much, but I'll take it!) and now I am ready to be dedicated to my running and my health in 2013!
1.) Do cardio exercises on my days off of work (at least 4x a week)
2.) Do strength training in addition to cardio, 2x a week.
3.) Run a 5K each month, and improve my time at each race.
4.) Track my food AT LEAST 5 times a week, if not more.
That is my list so far. I will add to it as necessary.
I want to lose weight, which is of course my goal as well. But, that is not where I am putting all my attention. These 4 goals are what I will focus on and I am sure this will lead me to my weight loss goals as well.
