Happy New Year 2013!
As 2013 starts, it is time to make some new goals for the year. My goals for this year are:
1. Live a healthier lifestyle
a. eat healthier and cleaner
b. continue to drink water regularly
c. get more active
2. Develop some new hobbies
a. get back into running
b. get crafty -- gotta love Pinterest!
3. Do better at managing my stress -- hopefully 1 and 2 will work this one out!
4. Make a point to spend more time with friends and family
