December goal review!!
1) Lose 5 lbs. (Start weight 184.4)
Double check, literally!! Actually, I don't mean to toot my own horn, but I lost 10.6 lbs to 173.8. I need to get back in that great workout routine that I lost over Christmas.
2) Do 15 standard push-ups in a row at month's end. (Ok, upped to 20 for Sharla's challenge!)
Okay, so I totally deserve this one. Partial success. I did 19 push-ups til my chest touched the side of the soup can. Yesterday I did six until my nose hit the ground. I slacked off for the last two weeks of the month, so I can't very well get better and not practice. I say I should aim for 25 in January. That would be a pretty awesome accomplishment.
3) Continue with P90x weeks 8-12. By December 31, I'll be on my second to last week!
Utter fail! I took vacation for 11 days before Christmas. My life was in such disorder, I literally slept 3-5 hours a night on average and was manic. I managed to get a lot done though, lol and all my Christmas stuff was done fairly on time :) Need to pick this up ASAP.
4) Eat one raw meal a day. (This is being changed to "vegetarian" rather than raw. This raw lifestyle is not for me! How about a homemade unprocessed vegetarian meal a day?)
I'd say I did this 50% of the time. Cookies for dinner counts as vegetarian, right? Well, my diet wasn't perfect, but considering I lost 10 lbs, I did okay. I have realized I will never eat raw anything and I should just try to limit my meat and carb intake to live as close to vegetarian as I can!
Okay, will work on January goals as soon as I work on 2013 goals!! SO MANY!! :)
