1st exercise challenge of the year

i am going to start Befit in 90. i did it July to September 30 lat year. i am going to do it to start out this year. that way i will keep up with my cardio, strength and stretching for the most 3 months. It is not easy but it has 2 days of rest per week so i can stay focused.
then i can spend more time working on my mindful eating goals.
