Well...what do you know. It's the new year again. Time for getting back in the saddle after sporadic spurts these past 6 months, and after the holiday feasting. I am not going to post resolutions here, however. I know myself better than that. Rather, it's going to be a "start over every day" time for a while. No expectations, but a will to improve.
Today I originally thought my hubby and I could go for a nice walk in the neighbourhood, but hubby is not feeling well today, so I pulled out the Turbo Fire DVDs and did 30 minutes of nice, intense cardio. Felt good and sweaty afterwards. Now, it's off to make a nice dinner of basa and rice...a nice plain dinner after all the rich feasting of the past few weeks.
What will tomorrow bring? I'll let you know!
