It is hard for me to track my food because I am not sure about portions. I had surgery for acid reflux in November and now I can't eat very much at one time. So I might plan to eat a baked potato, but I might only eat part of it. Or I might create a recipe and plan to eat one serving, but I only ending up eating a portion. I am trying to estimate how much I am eating because I want the tracking to be accurate, but I am never sure. I just started tracking my food a few days ago, so when I weigh in next time, I will see how I do and go from there. Maybe I need to tweak the tracking...perhaps I am eating more than I think, or maybe I am eating less.
