I've been on Sparkpeople since 2008. I will be hitting the five year mark in a few months and only thing that has changed is I've gained some weight and inches.
It's 100% me. Lack of focus, consistency and drive.
I have what it takes I just need to do it. - Don't want to gain any more weight or inches. There's a sexy beast inside of me who is crying to get out. Here's to a year where I keep my health and wellness focus...

2012 Wasn't a total loss... I went on two trips, FINALLY moved after 12 years in a less than desirable location and lived a year debt free.
