Will this finally be MY year?

I've been on Sparkpeople since 2008. I will be hitting the five year mark in a few months and only thing that has changed is I've gained some weight and inches.

It's 100% me. Lack of focus, consistency and drive.

I have what it takes I just need to do it. - Don't want to gain any more weight or inches. There's a sexy beast inside of me who is crying to get out. Here's to a year where I keep my health and wellness focus...

Here are my updated images... this is the last time you will see all this butt and gut!

2012 Wasn't a total loss... I went on two trips, FINALLY moved after 12 years in a less than desirable location and lived a year debt free.

Here is an updated list of goals for 2013... most are carryovers from last year... completing what I said I would.

2013 Goals

Health and Fitness Goals -

Adopt a true Clean Eating lifestyle
Walk, Jog or Hike 1500 miles...
100 Standard push-ups
100 Squats
100 Burpees
Cut my 2009 time from the HUH
Become a Certified Spin Instructor
Climb the Sears *Willis* Tower

Personal and Social Goals -

Read one Non-fiction book a month
Go on one impromptu road trip
Meet the Warriors in September
Get a passport

Financial Goals -

Complete a Fully Funded Emergency Fund
Purchase a new computer
Design an office space that works for my home office

    Here we are day 2 of spring and you are rockin' 2013 so far. Now is a perfect time to reassess and renew if you need to and reinvigorate your journey because you want it BAD and you are so close you can taste it....

    No Charlie, I think her next trip should be to Colorado. How do you feel about snowshoeing Chelle?

    I agree with Charlie. Baby steps - pick one or two things and nail them - make them into habits, then move on to the next thing.
