Juice Fast Day 1

Well I made it through day one. Overall I felt pretty good today. I walked on the treadmill a bit. I felt hungry only when I smelled food my family was eating. I took in a lot of water. Over a gallon. I drank some green tea in the evening. I thought I would have headaches form no coffee (i usually drink a pot a day). However, I had none. maybe all the water helped.

starting weight: 239.2
WAs really upset when I saw that number. Highest weight in over two years. I had my son take some before pictures of me, but honestly don't want to post them. Hoping I will be proud to post them next to after pictures in the future.

My Day One Juicing:
I started the day with 32 ounces of water. I then made my juice for the day.
For breakfast I had:
...I used a lot of blueberries, but was a little shocked at how the celery took over the taste. It was good, just expected it to be sweeter.

I then made what I thought would be my juice for the rest of the day:
tomatoes (very light on tomatoes as not big on them)
I ended up with 32 ounces of this juice that I stored in a glass jar for the remainder of the day. I had half for lunch and saved the other half for dinner.

Between lunch and dinner I needed a pick me up and made:
I liked this one a lot.

Bring on tomorrow.

    I use frozen veggies when making smoothies, but all fresh since making juice. I have not been thinking about amounts, just kinda doing it. However, so I can remake ones I like, I think I will begin keeping track of amounts too. Thanks for all your support.

    Sounds good, I'm curious about the amounts, and whether you used fresh or frozen fruits and veggies.
