I have been struggling with a head cold for the last 1 1/2 weeks, so any kind of fitness was out of the question. Today I am feeling a little better, so I decided to try one of the 10 minute workouts found on "On Demand" ---hip hop cardio. Whew! It about killed me because I have not done any sort of cardio in MONTHS and because my lungs are still a little congested. All in all, I am happy I did it. I just could not let another day of excuses go by. I think I will do this early in the morning then a 20 minute walk on the treadmill later in the day. I am hoping to get back to ZUMBA this week.
