Goals & plans for 2013

This year will be the year of positives.
I am a goal setter and January is a good time to make long term goals since its the beginning of the year and a fresh start. Of course, its another year where my goal is to lose weight. Even though that can be frustrating there is the realization that weight loss is a lifelong process.
1. Realistic weight loss goals: lose 1 lbs per week
2. Make this year fun: fitness adventures
3. New cooking/food experiences: recipes, meal planning, food photo documenting
4. Keep things simple: move, eat well, and appreciate life
I've got a whole year to make a difference in my health, weight, and happiness.
