Thanks to the holidays, my jeggings are tight! But I enjoyed the holidays and am ready for some healthier days and meals!!! I am all fatty fried food full and craving veggies!
So I joined weight watchers! I also signed up through eBates and I believe I earned $14 back so thats nice! Plus, I can track all my food on my iPhone. Gotta say, weight watchers really works for me!
My engagement photos will be taken May 24th, and I would like to be 20lbs lighter than I am now. That gives me about 4 months and 3 weeks!
20lbs/19weeks = a little over a lb a week! This is TOTALLY do-able!
My goal is zumba once a week, yoga once a week, and one cardio hour a week. Plus 30 minutes once a week. Nothing crazy, but keeping steady and active!
I am feeling better but I know I need to lose weight to be healthier. Healthy is happy!
