Woke up about 8AM. went to bed after midnight.
It wasn't planned, it just happened and it wasn't because
it was NY's eve. I was just up sparking etc.
Anyway, walked and exercised for 116 minutes today.
Tomorrow will get back to the gym. They have not held classes
in over 2 weeks except for last Thursday, which I attended.
Will be good to get back to a routine.
ALso taking a lady to a Dr appt tomorrow afternoon.
It was a good day, under calorie limit but not great food choices.
At least part is good.
This WILL NOT CONTINUE. I will improve each day.
