I suppose I should write these goals down since everyone else is! This year I plan to accomplish the goals I set instead of just writing them down and doing nothing about them. At least the ones regarding weight loss.
Lose 50 lbs. in 2013 which includes losing inches and body fat
Learn to maintain weight loss (my biggest challenge!)
Improve my health by dropping my BMI & make my cardiologist happy in the process
Make time for hobbies
Spend more time with friends
Pay down at least half of my debt
Spend time with people because I want to. Don't spend time with people I don't enjoy.
Do things I enjoy instead of doing too many things because I think I have to
Organize my basement & sell or donate things we no longer need
Not a big list. My top priorities are to lose the weight and pay down debt! Let's do this!
