new year - new me!

January 1, 2013
Turn 40 this year! I want to be and feel the best I can... So after all the drink and food I enjoyed this season its time to get back to business. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by July 10 2013..don't know starting weight, will step on scale in morning.
Plan week 1
1.) fruits for breakfast
2.) soup for lunch or rb with cucumber
3.) protein and veggies for dinner
4.) snacks - nuts, more fruit, spicy v8
Exercise -
9 round 3x week.
You can do this Krista - you are worth it!!!
