Starting the 12-Week Challenge

January 11 is my official starting date. I am signed up for a 12-week health and fitness challenge. It will be rewarding and fun for my fitness buddy and me, and we are extremely determined to succeed.

* menu plan
* fitness plan
---includes both aerobic and resistance
* a positive mindset
* focus and support system
* personal justification for success
* lifestyle changes

With these tools I should have everything I need. All I need to do is make the right decisions.
