I committed and am participating in the JM team challenge and doing her Body Revolution. I will post my before and after measurements at the end of 90 days along with my before and after pictures side-by-side for comparison for all of you to see.

Today was Day 1 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution Challenge. This is NO JOKE! I was dying just in the warm up. Hubby said it was just b/c I hadn't exercised in like 4 months!

On the planks before when I was exercising I could hold a plank for just about under 5 minutes now I couldn't even hold it for like a minute something to workout up. I still say it was hard BUT I do like that fact that it is short workout (30 mins), honestly these days who has an hour or longer to workout?

PROS: Tough but yet anyone can do it, you can go at your own pace, you can go all out or easy as long as you don't stop moving. Only 3o minutes.

CONS: Some exercises were not consistent for example the raise leg oblique she had you doing side crunches but yet on the other side she wouldn't do this (so I did it on my own as I do not want one side to be lopsided or look different than the other side). This went same for the stretching for example when she had one arm come across the chest to stretch she turned her head but yet when doing the other arm there was no head turn.

The only thing I am worried about is getting bored as I looked at workout calendar and you do workout 1 and 2 for the first two weeks then week 3 and 4 is next. I still committed to doing this and I am sticking to it for 90 days. Hubby has company trip in March and wives have to go. We are going to Santa Barbara and I am already trying to figure out how to take my DVDs, my portable DVD player and my WEIGHTS! But for now not worried about it, I know I will get it done.

    I totally agree....yikes!! I started on Monday so I'll be a day ahead of you ;-)
Yes, I did the crunches on both sides on the second round since I knew they were coming.
I think the boredom shouldn't be too bad. You only do each ST workout 4 times and cardio 8 or you could do other cardio.
